- Brushing your teeth twice daily with a soft-bristled toothbrush. By doing so you can effectively remove plaque that has accumulated on the teeth during the day and then again while you sleep.
- Floss once a day, we recommend doing so before going to sleep. This will help ensure any food particles stuck between the teeth are removed and cannot cause harm to your oral health while you sleep.
